Welcome to Oddsense (“we,” “our,” “us”), operated by Grey Street Avenue Limited, a company registered in Ghana. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website at https://oddsense.net, together with our content, data tables, downloadable assets, tools, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which forms part of them.
If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use the Services. We’d rather you leave informed than stay uncomfortable.
What Oddsense is — and what it isn’t
Oddsense is an information, analytics, and insights platform focused on sports probability, market trends, and betting-related data, powered by our Shepherd analysis. We want to be completely clear about what we are not:
- We do not accept, process, or facilitate wagers of any kind.
- We are not a bookmaker, betting operator, or gambling service.
- We do not handle your money or hold betting funds.
Everything we publish — statistical models, probabilities, market comparisons, insight tables, and downloadable assets — is provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. Probabilities are probabilities, not promises. We never claim “sure bets” or guaranteed outcomes, and nothing on this site should be read as one.
You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on our content. If you choose to place a bet with a third-party operator, you do so at your own risk, on their terms, and in compliance with the laws that apply to you.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction (whichever is higher), to use the Services. By using them, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit gambling-related content and services entirely. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing our Services is lawful where you live. If it isn’t, please don’t use them.
Responsible use
Betting should be entertainment — never a source of harm. By using our Services, you agree to:
- Engage with our data and tools responsibly, and never as a substitute for your own judgement.
- Never use our content to promote, encourage, or facilitate illegal gambling activity.

- Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract or index our Content without explicit authorisation.
Downloadable assets. Where we provide on-demand assets such as PDF reports or CSV data files, these are for your personal use. Please don’t redistribute, resell, or republish them without our written permission. If you’d like to use our data commercially or cite it publicly, get in touch — we’re usually happy to talk.
Comments and submissions
If you submit comments, feedback, or ideas (“User Content”):
- You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with the Services.
- You confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it doesn’t infringe anyone else’s rights or break any law.
- We may (but aren’t obligated to) moderate, edit, or remove User Content at our discretion — particularly anything abusive, misleading, or promoting reckless gambling.
Accuracy and limitations of our data
We work hard to keep our data and analysis accurate, and our editorial standards hold us to fact-checking and prompt corrections. Even so:
- Sport is inherently unpredictable — that’s rather the point.
- Past performance is not an indicator of future results.
- We make no warranties about the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of any data, model output, or prediction.
Any reliance you place on our Services is at your own risk.
Third-party links and services
Our site may link to third-party websites, including betting operators, some of whom may be commercial partners. These links are provided for convenience and context:

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grey Street Avenue Limited and Oddsense shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost profits, lost data, or gambling losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the Services in the six months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grey Street Avenue Limited, Oddsense, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time — particularly as Oddsense grows from a publication into a fuller platform. If we make material changes, we’ll post notice on the site before they take effect. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or restrict access to the Services at any time, including where we believe these Terms have been violated. Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive any termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. If a dispute arises, we ask first for good-faith discussion — most things can be resolved by talking. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be referred to binding arbitration in Accra, Ghana, conducted in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 (Act 798).
